Grappa di Chianti Classico Fattoria di Corsignano

The Grappa of Chianti Classico derives from 90% Sangiovese grapes and 10% Canaiolo grapes. According to the Italian tradition, the fresh Chianti Classico pomace is distilled in a stream of steam to maintain all the specific qualities of the wine and to obtain a high alcoholic content.
