Ein einfacher Satz, eine Nachricht auf der Flasche.
Der Ausdruck der Hingabe.

Es ist ein Weingut von 22 Hektar im Gebiet des Chianti Classico Gallo Nero. Alle Pflanzen werden unter Beachtung ökologischer Richtlinien angebaut. Zehn Hektar sind für die Weinherstellung bestimmt, zwei Hektar für die des Olivenöls. Es werden jährlich 40.000 Flaschen Chianti Classico, Chianti Classico Riserva, Chianti Classico Gran Selezione, Grappa, Vinsanto, Olio extra vergine d’oliva hergestellt.
Es ist ein Familienunternehmen.
Mario und Elena, kümmern sich in enger Zusammenarbeit mit ihren Mitarbeitern persönlich um die Weinherstellung.

Für die Herstellung der Weine des Chianti Classico werden ausschliesslich die autochtonen Weinsorten Sangiovese, Canaiolo und Colorino verwendet.

Es ist die Weisheit der alten Weinbauern und zur gleichen Weine Zeit die Verwendung neuer Techniken, die dem Produkt Leben geben.
Es ist ein Qualitätswein, der unter Beachtung sämtlicher Einzelheiten hergestellt wird. Alle Arbeiten werden mit grosser Sorgfalt per Hand ausgeführt.
Die überlegte Auswahl der besten Trauben und die genauen Entscheidungen des Önologen lassen einen komplexen und feinen Wein entstehen.
Es ist ein Produkt, welches durch die Liebe zum Detail entsteht.

Doch das Interesse Corsignanos für Kunst und Kultur beschränkt sich nicht nur auf das Markenzeichen, sondern wird mit der Wahl der Etichetten deutlich, die von berühmten italienischen Künstlern kreiert wurden.

Es ist ein Boden alter Traditionen. Ab Ende des 18. Jahrhunderts bis ins dritte Jahrtausend hat sich der Chianti Classico Wein auf den Tischen in aller Welt durchgesetzt.

VINIFICATION

The maturation is made in stainless steel barrels for 15 days at 28-30°C, with alternating pumping over the cap. The malolactic fermentation occurs spontaneously

In order to obtain the best quality these grapes have been harvested by hand in baskets.

The grapes have been harvested by hand in baskets and are a blend of Corisgnano’s best vineyards.

The grapes have been harvested by hand in baskets and are a blend of Corisgnano’s best vineyards.

GRAPPA DI CHIANTI CLASSICO

The Grappa of Chianti Classico derives from 90% Sangiovese grapes and 10% Canaiolo grapes. According to the Italian tradition, the fresh Chianti Classico  pomace is distilled in a stream of steam to maintain all the specific qualities of the wine and to obtain a high alcoholic content.
